As a sex therapist, I am sex positive and affirming. I know that these are sensitive topics and I strive to hold a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space to explore all topics related to sex.

Sex therapists are licensed mental health professionals with specialized training in sexuality, but we are not medical doctors, and sex therapy is strictly a talk-based form of psychotherapy. Any form of touch, indecent exposure, or inappropriate conduct from clients or therapists is unlawful and will be reported. Sex therapy addresses psychological and emotional concerns related to sexuality through conversation and therapeutic guidance; it never involves physical touch or physical examinations.
